Billing Executive

A new Billing Executive role is open at Shaza Agencies, George Town, Chennai. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable, TDS and MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, accurate attitude
