Branch Manager

Shikha Pandey (Candid Hr & Manpower) wants to bring on a Branch Manager for its Ameerpet, Hyderabad team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹55,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Customer acquisition, KYC, Financial products
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and persuasive
