Hr Executive Manages Day-To-Day Human Resources Operations, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Records, Payroll Support, And Policy Implementation. They Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Employee Queries, Ensuring Compliance With Labor Laws And Fostering A Positive Workplace Culture. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Payroll, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
