Shine Services Group is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Thane West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Typing, MS Office and Data entry

What you will do

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
