Shine Services Group is hiring a Collection Executive / Officer in Thane, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

What you get
