Shine Services Group is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Turbhe, Mumbai. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

What you get

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Inbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
