Customer Support Executive

Shipbhai E Commerce Pvt Ltd has an opening for a Customer Support Executive based in Katargam, Surat. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English
• You are self-motivated and persuasive

• Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Interview: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
