Shiprocket Is Looking For A Customer Care Executive (Supply) To Manage And Resolve Queries From Delivery Partners, Logistics Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders. The Role Involves Ensuring Smooth Supply Operations, Coordinating With Courier Partners, Resolving Shipment-Related Issues, And Providing Timely Support To Maintain Service Quality. Type : Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 per month.
