Assistant Receptionist

Shiv enterprise has an opening for an Assistant Receptionist based in Andheri, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Calls Attend Karna. Admin / Attendance Related Work. Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Back Office Work. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable
