Day-to-day work

As an Administrative Receptionist, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
