Back Office Executive

Shivam Enterprises is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• You are detail-oriented and organised

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
