Roles and responsibilities

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Internet Surfing
• Skills Needed: Email
