Job Role & Responsibilities- Office Cleaning And Dusting.- Serving Tea, Coffee, And Water To Staff And Visitors.- Scanning, Filing, And Stamping Documents.- Banking-Related Work And Cheque/Document Submission.- Courier Dispatch, Document Collection, And Other Outdoor Office Work.- Purchasing Office Stationery And Required Materials.- Assisting All Departments With Daily Office Activities.- Supporting Field Staff By Delivering And Collecting Documents Or Materials.- Any Other Office Or Outdoor Work Assigned By Management.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll coordinate with your supervisor and team members.
• You will maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• You'll complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
