Shivani Industries is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Jhilmil Indl. Area, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised
