We Are Looking For A Crm Executive To Manage Customer Relationships, Handle Queries And Complaints, And Ensure A Smooth Customer Experience. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Regular Customer Follow-Ups, Maintaining Customer Records, Coordinating With Internal Teams, Updating Crm Data, And Preparing Reports. Good Communication, Customer-Handling, Follow-Up, And Basic Ms Excel/Crm Knowledge Are Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management, Manage Operations | Skills Needed : Email

Day-to-day work

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel, Email, Manage Operations, Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
