The Ideal Candidate Will Manage Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Quality, And Project Execution While Ensuring Timely Delivery, Cost Efficiency, And Compliance With Company Standards. Strong Leadership, Planning, And Problem-Solving Abilities Are Essential For This Role. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Inventory Management

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Inventory Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
