Debt Recovery Specialist

Shiviour Associates is looking for a Debt Recovery Specialist to join its team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of KYC, Customer acquisition, Financial products and Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
