A Used Car Loan Sales Executive Is Responsible For Generating And Handling Customer Leads For Pre-Owned Vehicle Financing. Explain Loan Products, Interest Rates, Emi Options, And Eligibility Criteria To Customers. Maintain Customer Database And Daily Sales Reports. Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Skills and qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi, Sales
