An Executive Assistant Supports Senior Executives By Managing Schedules, Handling Communication, Organizing Meetings, And Assisting With Administrative And Coordination Tasks. The Role Requires Strong Organizational Skills, Communication Abilities, Discretion, And Proficiency In Office Tools To Ensure Smooth Day-To-Day Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude
