Executive Is Responsible For Managing Inbound And Outbound Customer Communications, Addressing Inquiries, Resolving Issues, And Ensuring A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. They Act As The First Point Of Contact Between The Company And Its Customers. Additionally, They Provide Basic Accounting Support Using Tally. Type : Inbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Marathi
• Good English
