Day-to-day work

As a Back Office Employee, your work will include:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
