Shree Avdhesh Developers has an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Odhav, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping and Typing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
