Front Office Manager

Shree Krishna Hotels is looking for a Front Office Manager to join its team in Amritsar. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. And Also Take Care Of That Staff Activities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Data entry and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
