Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Record Management and Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Record Management, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email, Tally
• You are organised and well spoken

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
