We Are Looking For A Responsible And Detail-Oriented Person To Manage Daily Site Data, Inventory Records, Diesel Consumption, Material Usage, And Reporting For Multiple Construction Sites. The Candidate Will Coordinate With Site Engineers, Supervisors, Storekeepers, And Management To Maintain Accurate Records And Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer, Tally, Email | Advanced Excel

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
