Bpo Telecaller Job Description (Short):A Bpo Telecaller Is Responsible For Making Outbound Calls Or Receiving Inbound Calls To Promote Products/Services, Answer Customer Queries, Handle Complaints, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. They Maintain Records Of Calls, Follow Scripts, And Meet Sales Or Service Targets. Marketing | Type : Sales | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
