Shree Vinayak Management And Consultants) is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in Chandpole, Jaipur. There are 20 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹24,000/month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed, CRM tools
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, polite attitude

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
