Office Assistant

Shreekeshar Printers And Publishers is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
