We Are Looking For Energetic And Result-Oriented *Telesales Executives* To Promote And Sell Insurance Products Over The Phone. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, A Convincing Attitude, And A Strong Focus On Achieving Sales Targets. Languages : Hindi, Telugu

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.
