Compensation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, Record Management, Advanced Excel, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email
• Someone organised and dependable

What the job involves

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
