Assistant Restaurant Manager

Shrey Chandan Suratwala (Litmus Brasserie) is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Vesu, Surat. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Food & beverage service, Guest service, Billing / POS and Hygiene standards
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are service-minded and well groomed

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• You'll take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
