Loan Recovery Agent Is Required In Nagaur For Hdfc Bank Under Agency Payroll. Candidate Must Have Two Wheeler For Customer Visit. Candidate Must Be At Least 10Th Pass , Must Have Two Wheeler For Customer Visit, Must Be At Least 20 Plus In Age, Must Not Be A Loan Defaulter From Any Bank/Nbfc. The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Debt Recovery Agent, your work will include:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
