Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. Skills Needed : Computer, Email | Advanced Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Internet Surfing, MS Power Point

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Good English
