Outbound Calling: Make High-Volume Calls To Prospects Generated From Leads Or Databases.Needs Assessment: Identify The Customer'S Financial Habits And Recommend The Most Suitable Credit Card Tier.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Lead generation, Customer handling and Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
