Should Have Knowledge In Epabx Machine Operating. Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Maintain Inward & Outward Register. Helps In Travel Booking. Assist In Admin Related Works. Should Be Computer Literate. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, Typing and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken
