Shriram Finance Ltd is looking for a Branch Head to join its team in Phaltan, Satara. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What you will do

As a Branch Head, your work will include:

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, KYC, Financial products and MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month.
