Shriram Life is hiring a Business Manager in Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Evaluate Risks And Determine Appropriate Insurance Coverage For Clients. Design And Implement Policies Tailored To Individual Or Business Needs. Handle Claims And Ensure Timely Settlements While Managing Customer Relationships. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What you will do

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Compliance, Customer acquisition, Financial products, MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and trustworthy
