Candidate Should Have Experience In Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, Dispatch, Billing, And Accounts. Responsibilities Include Computer Operations, Erp/Tally Data Entry, Stock And Inventory Control, Transport Coordination, Dispatch Planning, Invoicing, Ledger Maintenance, Payment Follow-Ups, Documentation, Customer Support, Email Communication, And Daily Mis Reporting. Strong Knowledge Of Ms Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Reporting), Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Processes, And Accounting Basics Is Required. Candidate Must Be Capable Of Coordinating With Transporters, Distributors, Customers, And Internal Teams While Maintaining Accurate Operational And Financial Records. Excellent Communication, Analytical, Multitasking. Languages : Hindi

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
