Shunya Tattva Management Consultants is looking for a Crm Executive to join its team in Sanpada, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle End-To-End Crm Operations In Real Estate Projects From Booking To Possession. Maintain Strong Customer Relationships And Ensure Timely Collections. Manage Documentation Including Agreement To Sale, Sale Deed, Noc, Demand Letters And Possession-Related Paperwork. Coordinate With Banks For Loan Processing And Disbursement. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Real Estate
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• A persuasive, confident attitude

Key responsibilities

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
