A Customer Care Associate Is Responsible For Assisting Customers, Resolving Queries, And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience Through Phone, Email, Chat, Or In-Person Support. Type : Outbound, Inbound, Sales, Domestic, International | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
