Key Responsibilities:Greet Customers Warmly And Present Menus.Take Accurate Food And Drink Orders And Enter Them Into The Pos System.Serve Food And Beverages Promptly And Courteously.Answer Questions Regarding Menu Items, Ingredients, And Daily Specials.Make Recommendations To Enhance The Guest Experience.Check In With Customers To Ensure Satisfaction And Address Any Concerns.Handle Payments And Process Transactions Accurately.Maintain Cleanliness And Organization Of Dining Area, Including Tables, Chairs, And Service Stations.Follow All Health And Safety Regulations, Including Food Handling And Sanitation Guidelines.Collaborate With Kitchen Staff And Other Servers To Provide Seamless Service.

Key responsibilities

• You will keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
