Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Loan Options. Generate And Qualify Leads For The Sales Team Or Complete Sales Independently. Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
