Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Loan Options. Generate And Qualify Leads For The Sales Team Or Complete Sales Independently. Type : Inbound, Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound and Outbound
• Basic English

Salary and benefits
