Responsible For Field Collection Of Loan Repayments From Customers. Visit Assigned Customers, Follow Up On Pending Payments, Maintain Collection Records, Handle Customer Queries Professionally, And Achieve Assigned Collection Targets. Candidates Should Have Good Communication Skills, Be Confident, And Willing To Travel Locally. Languages : English, Hindi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
