The Role Includes Back-Office Work, Data Entry, Maintaining Files And Documents, Coordinating With Drivers/Vendors, And Handling Day-To-Day Office Tasks. The Candidate Will Also Visit Rto Offices, Government Authorities, Banks And Other Offices For Document Submission/Collection, Vehicle-Related Work, Permits, Challans And Follow-Ups. Candidate Should Be Comfortable With Travelling For Official Work, Have Basic Computer Knowledge And Good Communication Skills. Experience In Transport/Travel Or Rto-Related Work Will Be An Advantage. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Email

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
