Sietrix Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Secretary / Executive Assistant in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹60,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

What you will do

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
