We Are Looking For A Customer Service Executive To Handle Customer Interactions, Service Coordination, And Ensure A Smooth Service Experience. Handle Customer Calls, Inquiries, And Complaints, Coordinate With Technicians For Service Updates,Provide Status Updates To Customers,Maintain Service Records And Follow-Upsensure Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Salary

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Presentation, Lead generation, Target achievement, Local market knowledge
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and self-motivated
