Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English
• A persuasive, trustworthy attitude

What you will do

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
