Collection Executive / Officer

Sign In Infotech Pvt Ltd is hiring a Collection Executive / Officer in Hoodi, Bengaluru. 25 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Outbound, Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound
• Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, English

What you get

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
