Company: Silaris Information Pvt Ltd Job Title: Sales Executive Profile Location - Naraina Vihar Near Shadipur Metro Station Responsibilities :- Make Outbound Calls To Prospective Customers To Generate Leads And Sell Life Insurance Policies- Build Rapport With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Tailored Solutions- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets And Contribute To Team Goals-Requirements :- 0-2 Years Of Experience In Telesales Or A Related Field- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills- Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Target-Driven Environment- Strong Product Knowledge Of Life Insurance Products (Training Will Be Provided) Shifts 9:30- 6:30 Salary - Upto 16Kctc Incentive. Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Salary

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
